No matter where you’re from, how you identify, or what your abilities are, the ocean impacts your life. It gives us the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the livelihoods we depend on. The ocean doesn’t discriminate, and neither do we.

But we know there’s more to do.

We recognise that, like many environmental charities, our team is predominantly able-bodied, white, and female. However, we’re proud that our Senior Leadership Team and Trustee Board are equally represented by men and women, challenging the norm of male-dominated leadership.
