Do you want to get more involved in The 2 Minute Foundation? Fantastic! We would love to have you.

The great news is, we have several simple ways to volunteer that suit everybody. Have a little read below, and get in touch with any questions!

·        Everyone can be a part of our community by doing a #2minutelitterpick or #2minutebeachclean at your local patch. Even better, shout about it to your friends and family!

·         Be a 2 Minute Social Champion – Follow our channels and amplify our message on your socials, help us spread the 2 minute message and support us when we share our campaigns.

·        Be a Station Superhero – we now have over 1000 of our 2 Minute Stations out there, enabling everybody to take part in a beach clean or litter pick when they are out and out. We try to keep track of where they are, and how they are doing, but that’s pretty tricky!

Keep an eye on the stations in your area and feedback to us! Are they in need of some TLC? Tell us if they get moved, become damaged, or even if you have a great idea of where a new one should be placed. It’s also really nice to know if they are looking good – tell us the positive news too!

Report your finds direct to HQ and help us to ensure they are all in good working order to help everybody access them for their 2minutebeach or 2minutelitterpick  clean activity.

Want do go the extra mile? If you have even more time to give to us, thank you. We are so very grateful and look forward to hearing from you.

·       Join our Event Support Team – Help Team 2 Minute at National clean ups, conferences, school visits and other engagement activities. We will let you know if we are coming your way, and we would love to have you join us!

·       Help out at HQ – Spend some time at The Foundation in Bude, Cornwall. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day charity work,  from plastic sorting to research to helping out with the Beach School. Particularly good if you have a day of Volunteering from your workplace and want to get down to the nitty gritty! Tea and cake guaranteed.

·       Use your expertise - Have you got a special skill you think could benefit us? Are you a budding photographer, or a fantastic writer? Perhaps you are a data wizard or have a real knack for creating social content – please get in touch to discuss ways your skills can support us from wherever you are!
